Fallopia japonica, Japanese knotweed – now the subject of asbos
Sending dread in to the hearts of gardeners and house buyers alike now residential land owners upon which the dreaded vegetation grows can be faced with an antisocial behavior order (ASBO) and fines for not dealing with it promptly according to a Government briefing document.
